We created these values in order to make sure that you will be ready to be a part of the process and allows everyone to be on the same page when it comes to communication and collaboration.

    • In order to be as effective as possible we need all passwords and access to the tools and websites that we use. Please have the list of usernames and passwords or contact with someone who can get us the information that we need.
  • Keep consistent engagement
    • Customers should schedule meetings once or twice a month to review reports, progress, and pertinent information.
  • Use upfront and honest communication
    • If there is something you would like addressed or altered with the work that we are doing or you are displeased with something please reach out to the operations team immediately so that it can be taken care of.
  • Be responsive
    • Our engagement includes both 9Sail and your company. We need you to be responsive with email, phone calls, and meetings so we can be more effective in getting quality traffic to your website.
